Redirecting candidates to your own website

Very often, as a recruiter, you would rather have your candidates always apply on your own website rather than on job boards. This ensures that the application process (as well as the applications you receive) is always standardized and you have all the data directed to the back-end of your site (assuming that you need it. After all, idibu can conveniently store all the applicants for you!)

In order to do that, you would use the URL of the job you are posting on your website as an 'Application URL' on all other websites (only ones that support the Application URL of course!). And don't worry - you don't have to post such a job onto your site first, obtain its URL, and then send it to other job boards - you can post simultaneously and we will automatically do everything for you.

All you need to do is make sure that your website provides a clickable link with which you can navigate from your job posting interface straight to the just-posted ad. In idibu's interface, it would simply look like this:

If your website has this, you're good to go! Just contact your account manager and let them know you'd like to set up the redirection.

If your website doesn't provide such links, worry not! Just get us in touch with your website's developer and we should be able to organize something together.
