What is the Budget Report?

Are you spending a large amount time trying to determine if a job board is actually providing the results you need? If you're unsure your spend is actually justified, you can now use our new budget report to identify exactly where your money is going.

How do I set it up?

First of all, you will need to go to job boards and quotas area and set your board to use either period based or slots based quotas.

Period based budget report options

If your board is period based, once all the quota details are filled, you will be able to set up your budget information:

For this type of board there are 3 budget types available:

• a) Pay per post
• b) Per month (paid) budget
• c) Per year (paid) budget

  These last two options are for boards that provide contracts for unlimited posting for which you pay monthly or annually. However, be aware you will need to know the specific renewal dates to set this up.
