This feature allows for the authorisation of individual user's ads (by any designated admin or team manager), before they are delivered to the job boards
To set up Ad Authorisation on any profile, just follow these simple steps:
1. Log in as the administrator and go to 'User Profiles'
2. Click on the 'Notepad' icon to access user's profile settings:
3. Inside the advanced profile options, switch on 'Authorisation Required'
4. Save the settings..
Next time this user posts an advert it will sit in the 'Pending Ads' tab, until authorised by the account administrator (or team leader). The 'authoriser' will be sent an email informing them that they have adverts awaiting authorisation. They will then have the option to reject, edit, or allow the job to be posted, via a simple traffic light system:
