07. Creating Applicant Records

Creating candidates records is not something the plugin does specifically, however idibu knows that is comes down to making sure that application is sent to a Salesforce email, which will convert applications into candidate records.This parse email should look something like this:

resumes@1-pgfyhnlwk19g6pjt1fk5p4zyuijabch3nwyfoz7bhezwnqolu.4-o4dseay.8.apex.salesforce.com

This can be done in two ways with the plugin:

a) If you have the aptrack candidate tracking idibu product, simply let us know what is your Salesforce parse email. We'll set everything seamlessly on our end.

b) If not, you can always edit your idibu profiles and replace the regular contact email with the parsing email.
